We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a commercial electrical project from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, proven project management skills, and the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of electrical construction for commercial projects

*

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation

*

Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

*

Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

*

Track project progress and prepare status reports

*

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders

*

Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the construction process

*

Manage procurement of materials and labor

*

Monitor project costs and maintain profitability

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:

*

Valid ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in electrical project management for commercial projects

*

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, commercial building systems, and construction safety practices

*

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

*

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

*

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
