An exciting opportunity has arisen for a warehouse operative to join the team within a modern and professional distribution and recycling business based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

Key Duties:

Wrapping and packaging items for delivery to customers.

Assisting the warehouse team with locating, picking, and preparing items for delivery or postage.

Supporting the warehouse team with general warehouse duties, including organising goods moving in and out of the area.

Key Skills:

A forklift truck licence would be a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided if required.

The successful candidate must be reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am - 4.45pm
(Including two 30-minute breaks)

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: £25,248 OTE £27,500 (depending on age and experience)

Following successful completion of a 3-month probationary period, eligibility for a discretionary monthly bonus and a travel allowance
