As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will:

Teach engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential progression to Key Stage 5.

Deliver a curriculum focused on textile design, garment construction, sustainability, and creative problem-solving.

*

Encourage students to explore materials, develop design ideas, and produce high-quality outcomes.

*

Promote the value of textiles in both traditional and contemporary contexts.

*

Work collaboratively with other Design and Technology Teachers to support curriculum development.

*

Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment for learners of all abilities.

*

Take part in enrichment activities such as fashion clubs, exhibitions, or competitions.
