An established Insurance Approved Body Repair Centre has a vacancy for an experienced Panel Beater or MET Technician to add to their team in Lincoln.

Working in a well-equipped Bodyshop which has a high volume of insurance approved repair work, you will be working on all makes and models, carrying out work to a high standard.

The Role

Be able to work on a variety of brands and models
Have good problem-solving skills
Operation of body alignment jigs
Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs
Ensure perfect panel alignment and finish
Welding and bonding of vehicle structure
Work to an extremely high standard
Carry out work efficiently, ensuring all materials and labour are accurately recorded
The requirements

A.T.A. Senior Panel Technician or N.V.Q. Level 3 or working towards Qualification.
A.T.A. Senior M.E.T. Technician or N.V.Q. Level 3 or working towards Qualification.
Be an experienced Panel Beater with a minimum of 5 years' experience working within a Bodyshop /accident repair centre

Salary

The Salary for the successful candidate will be dependent upon the experience of each applicant, however ranges from £37,000 to £40,000 Basic, and OTE between £50,000 to £70,000 working Monday to Friday.
