* You will plan and deliver outstanding lessons in English Language and Literature to students from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level, inspiring critical engagement with diverse texts.

* You will provide rigorous academic extension and support for students aiming for top university places, including preparing them for challenging admissions processes.

* You will nurture a vibrant reading culture and encourage intellectual debate on literary and linguistic topics.

Who We Are Looking For:

* You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or a relevant teaching qualification.

* You will possess a strong academic background, ideally a Master's degree, in English Literature or Language.

* You will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and achieving exceptional outcomes at GCSE and A-Level.

* You will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of literary theory and linguistic concepts.

* You will be an articulate and engaging communicator, capable of inspiring passion and intellectual curiosity.
