We’re recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established operation in Salisbury, overseeing a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leads by example, and knows how to get the best from a team. You'll be responsible for managing daily workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operations run smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing

Leading a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely

*

Coaching, developing, and motivating individuals to support team success

*

Monitoring equipment and coordinating basic maintenance where needed

*

Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment

*

Working cross-functionally to help resolve issues and streamline operations

*

Capturing and reporting key production metrics including output and downtime

*

Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production-based role
