We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to deliver a brand-new residential development on the outskirts of Chippenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading national housebuilders at an exciting stage of growth, with strong pipelines of work across the South West.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of a multi-unit housing development, ensuring homes are built to programme, budget and the highest quality standards. You will manage subcontractors and suppliers, oversee health & safety, and maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork to handover.

*

Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring progress and quality targets are met.

*

Drive the build programme to achieve deadlines without compromising standards.

*

Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.

*

Ensure all homes meet NHBC and internal quality requirements.

*

Liaise with the Contracts Manager and other departments to ensure smooth site progress.

*

Deliver excellent customer service during client visits and handovers.

About You

*

Proven track record as a Site Manager with a national or regional housebuilder.

*

Strong knowledge of traditional build residential housing.

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications essential.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver results.

*

Based within a commutable distance of Chippenham.
