TPF Recruitment is supporting a growing independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Crawley, with approximately 50 staff. The firm is recognised for its friendly, supportive culture and offers exceptional career progression and exposure across corporate and not-for-profit clients.

The Role
The firm is seeking an Audit Senior with corporate audit experience. Not-for-profit experience is desirable but not essential. The role is open to candidates who are almost qualified, newly qualified, or fully qualified. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leading audit assignments for corporate clients

Managing audits from planning through to completion

Reviewing and preparing financial statements

Liaising with clients and supervising junior team members

Providing guidance and mentoring to junior staff

Requirements
Requirements

Corporate audit experience

NFP experience is advantageous but not essential

Almost qualified, newly qualified, or fully qualified ACA/ACCA

Strong communication and client management skills

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take on new challenges
