Design Operations Manager - Mission Critical Consultancy

We're hiring a Design Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing Consulting Services team within a leading mission critical consultancy.

In this role, you'll:

Lead, coach and manage a team of Associate Engineers

Oversee resource planning, capacity, and project delivery

Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and H&S standards

Manage commercial performance and contract milestones

Support with client engagement, budgeting, and design tool optimisation

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class data centre design solutions from concept through to commissioning.

What we're looking for:

Proven leadership in engineering/design teams

Strong commercial and resource management skills

Deep understanding of mission critical/data centre environments

Experience in design management is a strong advantage
