What you'll be doing:

Speaking to candidates every day - building relationships, understanding what they're looking for, and matching them to great opportunities

Supporting consultants by sourcing and qualifying top talent

Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Handling a small amount of admin to keep everything running smoothly and compliant

Working as part of a close-knit team who support, motivate, and celebrate each other's wins
