We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to provide supervision of maintenance works across residential properties and Planned Maintenance and project works . You will ensure operatives comply with health and safety standards, follow job instructions, and deliver high‑quality results for our clients in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Day‑to‑day supervision of contracts, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.

* Monitoring subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed in line with worksheets, KPIs, and deadlines.

* Resident and customer liaison, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.

* Quality assurance, ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard.

* Organising operatives and appointments in collaboration with the call centre.

* Compliance management, including completion of method statements, risk assessments, and delivery of toolbox talks.

Requirements

* Previous supervisory experience within the social housing sector or new build (essential).

* Ability to report on large multi‑trade works, including codes and full depth reports.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

* Confident user of Microsoft Office packages.

* Full, clean UK driving licence.
