Office Administrator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Bedfordshire
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support across departments
Maintain accurate records and databases
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service
Assist with processing sales orders, invoicing, and shipping documentation
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Essential Criteria:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Good problem-solving and organisational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
High level of attention to detail
Customer service experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable Criteria:
Experience using SAP
Understanding of international sales and freight processes
Ability to analyse data and prepare reports
