About the role:

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their team from 18th August to 30th September 2025. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth IT access for new learners and staff, troubleshooting issues and helping deploy new systems across campuses.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver 1st and 2nd line desktop support to all network users

* Guide learners with onboarding and application access in a walk-up “Genius bar” style setup

* Support Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and core systems

* Assist with the deployment of new PC hardware across IT suites

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in IT support, ideally in a multi-user or multi-site setup

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Adobe Suite, Autodesk

* Comfort with both PC and Mac platforms; SCCM experience a plus

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Proactive approach, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work under pressure
