Connect Appointments is currently seeking an experienced Factory Oparative to join our client's team in West Auckland. This is a permanent opportunity to take the lead in a well-established manufacturing environment.

What's on offer:

Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
Regular hours (Monday to Friday - no weekends!)
Starting rate of £12.21 per hour (which could increase after 3 months)Key responsibilities as a Factory Operative:

Operate woodworking machinery (beam saws, edge banders, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organised, and Health & Safety-compliant workspace
Contribute to a productive and positive working environmentWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience in a factory role, ideally working in kitchen, wood shop factories would be good
Forklift licence essential
Hands-on experience of beam saws, edge banders, and similar equipment
Attention to detail
