My client is a leading BMS company in the London area, who are looking to bring on board a project engineer to work on the projects they have ongoing within the London area. As a BMS Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and commissioning building management systems and associated mechanical/electrical plant in line with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Designing and developing project documentation, including points lists and descriptions of operations.

* Writing BMS software and creating bespoke system graphics.

* Carrying out off-site panel inspections, software testing, and factory acceptance tests.

* Pre-commissioning and commissioning BMS control panels and third-party equipment on-site.

* Attending witness testing and commissioning meetings.

* Collaborating with project managers to ensure project delivery meets technical and quality standards.

* Providing technical support to junior engineers and contributing to team development.

* Maintaining accurate site records, timesheets, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong knowledge of the BMS industry with experience in system design, engineering, and commissioning.

* Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (ONC/HNC or above).

* Knowledge of industry standards and strong IT skills.

* A full, clean UK driving licence.

* CSCS card holder.

* A proactive problem solver with strong communication and time management skills.
