They’re now seeking a Management Accountant to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys end-to-end reporting, driving improvements, and developing junior talent.

The role:

* Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L and balance sheet reconciliations)

* Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting packs in line with group deadlines

* Lead and coach a small team of trainee accountants

* Support daily and weekly cashflow forecasting

* Assist with audit, tax, and statutory reporting processes

* Manage intercompany reconciliations

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects

About you:

* CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

* At least 4 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles

* Strong technical accounting knowledge

* Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage)

* Confident communicator who enjoys mentoring others and improving processes
