We are a well-established, growing M&E consultancy based in Central London, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable Office Manager / PA to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
? What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the go-to person for office coordination and daily operations
*
Providing PA support to senior leadership (diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings)
*
Managing office supplies, equipment, and liaising with vendors
*
Assisting with HR and onboarding processes
*
Supporting with finance admin such as invoicing and expenses (with training if needed)
*
Helping organise team events, meetings, and company communications
*
Ensuring the office environment is welcoming, efficient, and professional
? What We’re Looking For:

Experience in office management, team assistant, or PA roles
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
*
A proactive, hands-on approach and a high level of attention to detail
*
Experience in the built environment or consultancy sectors is a bonus (but not essential)
