Line Technician – Nights
Hull (HU7) | £33.216 per annum
4 on / 4 off, 05:45 – 18:00

Are you experienced in food production and passionate about delivering quality at pace? We’re looking for a Line Technician to join a leading food manufacturing team in Hull on a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Complete all line paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring full traceability and compliance.

Perform pre-start checks and identify issues to maintain seamless production.

Carry out routine checks on metal detectors and X-ray machines.

Record and input line performance data to support continuous improvement.

Monitor product quality and report any defects.

Support and train others through a structured buddy system.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor.

Solid machine operating background within a manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Knowledge of basic food hygiene and a strong understanding of health & safety.

A proactive, calm, and positive approach to challenges.
