Job Title: Joiner – Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location: North East (Various sites – Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Teesside, and surrounding areas)

Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Description:

We are currently recruiting 6 experienced Joiners to join our growing team working on social housing contracts across the North East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and skilled tradespeople looking for long-term, steady work with the potential for a permanent position.

You’ll be working in void properties, carrying out a range of joinery and fitting tasks as part of our property refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Duties will include:

Kitchen fitting

*

Door hanging

*

Skirting boards & back moulds

*

Flooring

*

Bathroom demos and fitting

*

General joinery and maintenance work

Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS Card – essential

*

Full UK Driving Licence – essential

*

Experience in social housing, maintenance, or void property work preferred

*

Asbestos Awareness, Facefit, and Working at Heights certificates preferred (training can be provided if needed)
