Are you a skilled events professional ready to take ownership of a diverse and high-profile programme? A leading not-for-profit organisation is looking for an Events Manager to join their collaborative marketing team in Banbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering impactful in-person and digital events – from industry conferences and webinars to networking sessions, tradeshows, and award ceremonies.

As Events Manager, you will:

Lead the planning and delivery of conferences, seminars, and webinars, shaping engaging content and securing venues, speakers, and sponsors.
Manage the organisation’s presence at tradeshows, exhibitions, and external events.
Oversee an annual calendar of events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to promote events, generate leads, and drive sponsorship opportunities.
Manage budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
Evaluate event performance and continuously improve future programmes.
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in managing both in-person and online events.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, confident at networking and relationship building.
Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
A proactive, positive approach and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of health & safety in events (IOSH or willingness to work towards).
