? What's Involved?

As an Associate Teacher, you will:

Work full-time, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupil development.

Dedicate 6 hours per week to your own learning and development.

Join the Level 6 Teacher Apprenticeship course, with QTS awarded within 15 months.

Experience a blend of academic study and school-based practice that links theory directly to the classroom.

Be supported by an Academic Mentor and Work-based Education Officer from Staffordshire University.

Be accountable for pupil progress and development within your classes.
