Teacher of Music - Full-Time, Permanent Position

We are searching for an inspiring and passionate Teacher of Music to join our thriving department from September 2025. Your Contribution to Our Musical Community:

* You will deliver engaging and stimulating Music lessons covering a broad spectrum of genres, periods, and disciplines, including performance, composition, and musical analysis.

* You will guide students in developing advanced instrumental and vocal skills, embracing both traditional methodologies and modern music technology.

* You will inspire creative exploration, encouraging students to compose original works, improvise, and articulate their unique musical voices.

* You will play a vital role in our extensive co-curricular programme, leading and supporting our diverse range of ensembles, choirs, and orchestras.

* You will contribute to a culture of performance excellence, preparing students for concerts, recitals, and examinations.

Who We Are Looking For:

* You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.

* You will possess a strong academic and practical background in Music.

* You will have proven experience teaching Music successfully across all key stages, with a particular strength in A-Level preparation.

* You will demonstrate exceptional musicianship, pedagogical skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring young people.

* You will be collaborative, organised, and committed to contributing to the wider life of the school.
