Project Manager - Commercial Kitchen & Bar Installations
Manchester-based with some Travel
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial kitchen installations to lead high-spec hospitality fit-outs across the UK.
Working with some of the UK's most recognised hospitality brands as well as stadiums and lounges, you'll manage full project life-cycles, from mobilisation through to client handover, delivering premium kitchens, bars, restaurant, stadia, hotels and food hall interiors on time, on budget, and to exacting standards.
PM - Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end installations of commercial kitchens, restaurants, stadia and bars
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track
Alongside the Contracts Manager you will act as the key client contact on-site, ensuring expectations are met
Coordinate materials, logistics, H&S compliance, and site documentation
Conduct snagging, sign-offs, and aftercare to ensure high-quality finishesWhat We're Looking For from a Project Manager
Proven Project Management experience in commercial kitchen or hospitality fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of kitchen construction, M&E integration, and site coordination
Hands-on leader with excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable working nationwide with a full UK driving licence
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid qualifications are a plus but not essentialWhat You'll Get
