? The Role:

Working from a well-equipped workshop, you will be responsible for:

*

Cutting mild steel box section to size using saws and cutting tools.

*

MIG welding steel frames and components from technical drawings.

*

Fabricating full structures including bike shelters, smoking areas, and canopies.

*

Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer specifications.

*

Assisting with general workshop duties including assembly and final finishing.

*

Working safely and efficiently as part of a small, dedicated fabrication team.

? What We’re Looking For:

*

Proven MIG welding experience (essential).

*

Strong fabrication skills – able to measure, mark, cut, and build from drawings.

*

Confident working with mild steel box section.

*

Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.

*

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

✅ Desirable (but not essential):

*

Experience with angle grinders, pillar drills, and basic fabrication tools.

*

Previous experience making outdoor structures or similar products.

*

Forklift or overhead crane experience.
