Are you motivated by making a real difference to young people with additional needs? An inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Brent, North West London is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis from January 2026.

The Role
• As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in class and in small groups
• Providing 1:1 support to help students access learning and build confidence
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Implementing personalised support strategies and EHCP targets
• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and engagement
• This role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN
• Be empathetic, reliable, and proactive
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting equality
• Bring energy and a positive attitude to the school day
