We at Work Lyf are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting clients before and after they purchase our products. You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of care and support. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming phone calls and emails
* Make outgoing calls to update customers on their orders
* Investigate and resolve a wide range of complaints
* Log complaints on the system and escalate to the relevant department
* Welcome and support customers visiting the site
* Organise Service Engineers’ schedules and arrange customer visits
* Book courier services such as TNT
* Develop technical knowledge of our products to better assist customers
Personal Specification
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is essential
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
* Ability to problem-solve effectively
* Approachable and helpful attitude with a focus on customer service
* Good IT skills
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid break)
