Pay Range: £160 - £240 per day (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Overview:
A well-regarded secondary school near Andover is seeking a MFL Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a long-term contract, available for either 3 or 5 days per week, running until July 2026, with the potential to continue beyond.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and accessible lessons that inspire a love of languages and support strong progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach French and Spanish to students in KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons
Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where necessary
Promote a positive classroom environment that encourages language learning
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities or cultural events
Collaborate with a supportive and experienced MFL department

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Ability to teach French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Open to ECTs and experienced teachers
Commitment to upholding safeguarding and promoting student welfare
