We are currently recruiting for a well established, blue chip FMCG manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a Lead Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias at its modern, fully automated Northampton site.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to step into a leadership role, take ownership of engineering performance on shift, and play a key part in driving standards, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

The Lead Engineer must have:

The successful Lead engineer must be multi skilled (Electrical or Mechanical)
The successful Lead engineer must have leadership experience
The successful Lead engineer must have a minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification 
The successful Lead engineer must be from a manufacturing or automated environment 
The lead Engineer will benefit from:
