This is a sales-driven role. We're looking for someone confident, professional, and ambitious - ideal for a graduate or someone with existing sales experience who thrives in a competitive environment.

About the Role

Engage and assess candidates across your market, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner

High-volume sales activity, including business development outreach, cold calling, and consistent client follow-ups

Build deep knowledge of your market to confidently match talent with clients

Negotiate terms of business with new clients and manage ongoing relationships

Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability

Present candidates to clients and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including CV submissions, interview coordination, and feedback
