The company:
A well-established UK-based organic and sustainable food brand with a growing international presence.
Main duties:
Responsible for managing international key accounts and driving sales growth across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria
The role:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing accounts across various Europe
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand local market trends
- Deliver against budgeted sales targets through strategic planning and promotion
- Champion the company’s brand ethos and values across international markets
- Coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship including sales planning, pricing,
promotions and marketing initiatives
- Travel regularly to client sites and trade shows in Europe
The candidate:
- Proven track record in international business to business sales, ideally in the organic or natural food industry
- Experience working with international wholesalers
- Highly numerate and confident in using data for analysis and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Italian are a strong advantage
- Able to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally attend trade shows
