Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team for Sutton Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring their needs are assessed and met through effective care planning.
* Undertaking statutory assessments under the Children Act 1989 and other relevant legislation.
* Working collaboratively with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans.
* Ensuring that children's voices are central to assessment and planning processes.
* Attending and contributing to case conferences, reviews, and multi-agency meetings.
* Promoting independence, inclusion, and positive outcomes for children and young people with disabilities.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory and council requirements.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience in Children's Services
* Experience working within a Children with Disabilities or complex needs team
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and disability frameworks
