In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious, balanced, and appealing meals tailored to the needs of residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure dietary requirements are met and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment through your culinary skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality catering services within a care setting.

Previous experience as a Chef within a healthcare, care home, or similar environment

Ability to prepare a variety of meals from scratch, ensuring nutritional standards are met

Knowledge of dietary requirements, including specialised diets and textures

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and team-working skills

NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification is desirable
