Role: Housing Officer
Location: Northamptonshire 
Contract: Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract 
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm (5 days onsite)
Pay: £24 per hour umbrella 

Responsibilities:

Conducting tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained
Carrying out mutual exchange property inspections
Visiting residents during their introductory tenancy period
Performing estate and block inspections to maintain high standards
Hosting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
Signing up new tenancies, guiding new residents through the process
Supporting the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants
Requirements 

Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
Experience working as a Housing Officer
