A fantastic secondary school in Watford, Hertfordshire, part of a dynamic and forward-thinking academy trust, is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive learning team. This part-time position (3 days per week) starts immediately and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a setting that values care, creativity, and collaboration.

• Proven experience supporting students with SEND
• Confidence working with a variety of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges

• Ability to work closely with teachers and other support staff
