Overview

We are seeking an experienced Polisher to join a well‑established manufacturing and engineering organisation based in Kings Norton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long‑term stability, full-time hours, and an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Polishing and finishing metal or plastic components to high-quality standards
Using a variety of polishing tools, machinery, and abrasive materials
Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet specification and surface finish requirements
Maintaining polishing equipment and reporting any defects or maintenance needs
Working to production targets while ensuring quality and consistency
Following health & safety guidelines at all times
Supporting general production duties when required

Requirements

Previous polishing experience is essential
Confidence using polishing machinery and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently on night shifts
Reliability, good communication, and a positive work ethic
Able to start immediately
