Salary up to £28,000 DOE

Hours: 8:30am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday (no weekends)

This newly-created role is a rare and unique opportunity to join an established and ambitious company. The position will require the successful applicant to have experience in roles that demand strong attention to detail and accuracy, as it involves working closely with two key teams within the organisation.

Our client is an independently-owned manufacturer who provide products to clients in a variety of market sectors. Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and management of artwork for studio processing
Artwork Product Management and creation on MIS (CERM)
Ensure all artwork/proofs meets quality standards and adheres to branding or client guidelines
Maintain records of all artwork and approvals
Work closely with the sales and production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
Conduct final QA proofing checks before going to print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Quality assurance of final printed goods before invoicing

Key Skills:

Experience in artwork prepress or a related role
Strong knowledge of design software would be an advantage such as: Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Esko and ArtPro+
Strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills on phone and email
Ability to work under tight deadlines while multi-tasking
