Duties
Handling inbound (sales) calls, taking orders and responding to queries from customers
Chasing and checking progress of orders, working closely with Purchasing/Sales
Manager supporting sales operations to help process orders, invoices, etc
Following leads given by the external sales team
Building long lasting client relationships
Exceptional communication skills and closing a sale over the phone
Any other job when and as required by Purchasing and Sales Manager
To log customer complaints and process as necessarySkills:
At least one year's work experience in an admin role within a sales environment OR as a Graduate looking to embark into a new career path
Cold calling and logging calls made
Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous
Able to build and maintain good relationships with peer group, colleagues, customers, suppliers
Excellent communication skills, with good time management and organisational skills
Reliable and hardworking, proficient in MS Office
Confident using the telephone to resolve progression of opportunities and customer issues
Must be flexible with working hoursFull training and guidance will be given to fulfil the duties above
