The Role

Provide consistent, nurturing care and emotional support

*

Build positive, trusting relationships with young people

*

Support care plans and daily routines

*

Create a safe, stable, and therapeutic home environment

*

Maintain accurate records and communicate with professionals

What We’re Looking For

*

Experience working with children (essential)

*

Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong communication skills and a caring, resilient nature
