About the Role:
Academics LTD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Sports Graduate to provide PE cover in a secondary school in Swindon. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience working with young people in an educational setting, supporting both physical education and classroom learning. Whether as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in inspiring students and promoting sports and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver PE cover and assist with sports lessons across KS3 and KS4

Supervise and manage student behaviour effectively

Support the setup and delivery of practical activities and lessons

Build positive relationships with students to encourage active participation

Provide classroom assistance in various roles as needed

Who We're Looking For:

Female graduate with a degree in Sports, PE, or a related discipline

Experience working with young people through coaching, mentoring, or tutoring is advantageous

Confident, organised, and an excellent communicator

Passionate about promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing within education
