Our client is a professional and dynamic Tier One Building Contractor with a track record of delivering major projects and complex mixed used development schemes throughout Scotland. To support their ongoing growth plans in Scotland, they now require an experienced Business Systems / Document Control Manager to join their existing delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and abilities:-

* Sort and file drawings
• Check drawings and liaise with team for corrections
• Upload / download drawings from clients’ Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

* Use “Viewpoint” Software package

* Scan documents
• Maintain project files
• Update Registers using Excel, Reports using Word, Presentations using Viewpoint and SIMS Software packages
• Assist team and liaise with clients’ on all aspects of document control

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience of document control in a Main Contracting environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
