We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Music Teacher to join our dedicated arts team. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of musical achievement and creativity within our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).

* Develop and implement a curriculum that stretches and challenges all students.

* Lead and develop musical ensembles and performance opportunities.

* Encourage students to achieve their full musical potential through rigorous teaching and high expectations.

* Collaborate with colleagues to promote the importance of music within the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Degree in Music or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level.

* Strong musical performance skills and a deep understanding of musical theory.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
