Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: BD4, Bradford
Hours: Full-time
Salary: 25-27k per annum

We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in BD4. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous B2B phone based experience who wants to build a long term career in recruitment.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained on all aspects of the recruitment process, including:

* Making outbound B2B calls to clients and candidates.

* Building relationships over the phone and in person.

* Gathering information and understanding client hiring needs.

* Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates.

* Managing candidates through the recruitment process.

* Using email professionally to communicate with clients and candidates.

* Keeping systems updated and organised.

The Ideal Candidate

You don’t need recruitment experience, but you must be confident on the phone.

You’ll ideally have:

* Previous cold calling or outbound calling experience in a B2B environment

* Experience speaking to clients/customers over the phone

* Exposure to using professional email formats

* Strong communication and listening skills

* Confidence gathering information and asking the right questions

* Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems

* A genuine interest in moving into recruitment

Experience can come from any industry (sales, telesales, lead generation, account management, etc.).
