£35,000 base with £50,000 OTE

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and confident Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with clients, helping them get the most from our platform and tools. You'll be the go-to person for onboarding, training, account development, and issue resolution-ensuring each interaction runs smoothly and successfully.
What You'll Be Doing
Train and support clients on how to use our digital platform and features
Demonstrate product benefits and encourage wider adoption across accounts
Build trusted client relationships through regular calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings
Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand product use
Resolve client issues quickly by collaborating across departments
Analyse account usage to proactively address gaps or areas for improvement
Provide tailored support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in identity verification, compliance, or document/legal process handling
Confidence in presenting and training others on software or systems
Proven track record in sales, client success or account management
Excellent communication skills
Experience with software tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
A customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations
