About the Role

A leading UK office fit-out design and build contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a project in Newcastle. My client requires someone to take full responsibility for the site from Friday, 20th February through to Friday, 3rd July, with the potential for the contract to be extended.

Requirements – You MUST have:

* Experience working for a leading UK D&B fit-out contractor

* SMSTS

* 3-day First Aid at Work certificate

* Asbestos Awareness certificate
