Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
Negotiating offers and contract terms for successful candidates.
Hitting weekly targets and KPI's by carrying out the sales process.
Sourcing new candidates from linked-in, social media and other platforms utilising the latest technology and high-profile job boards.
Search and identity new job leads.
Identify new candidate and client opportunities.?Requirements: ?

Previous experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the office sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build relationships.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting targets.
A positive and bubbly personality attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
