We are currently recruiting for registered general nurses for a NHS hospital based in Crawley, West Sussex.

Shift Patterns:
07:30 - 20:00
07:30 - 13:45
08:00 - 20:00
13:45 - 20:00
19:30 - 08:00

Job Requirements:

* Previous experience

* Registered NMC Pin

* DBS on update service (Desirable)

* Immediate Life support training (ILS)

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Good at problem-solving and ability to make quick decisions

* Person centred care approach

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that nursing documentation is maintained to the companies standard.

* Under supervision participate in conducting nursing audit to achieve the agreed standards.

* Under the supervision of the management team contribute to and participate in the process of setting goals and bench marking standards of care.

* In conjunction with the staff team contribute to developing and maintaining a ward /department ethos and provide a standard approach to the delivery of excellent nursing care.

* Support patients with their everyday needs
