A respected Independent Fostering Agency is seeking a passionate and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their Worcester-based team, supporting foster carers across Swindon and Gloucester.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 18 months’ experience in fostering or related social work

In-depth understanding of care planning, fostering legislation, and regulations

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted, professional relationships

What We Offer:

£33,000 – £41,000 per annum
