You'll be joining a 7-strong, collaborative team at a reputable brokerage that's expanding fast. They've just brought in a £1m+ book of business in a new area within their specialism and are actively growing into new client sectors - so there's plenty to get stuck into.

Here's what you'd be walking into:

A tight-knit team that goes to networking events together and genuinely supports each other
Exposure to cross-class commercial insurance, with room to learn and develop across new products
A hybrid setup: Mondays and Fridays from home, rest of the week in the Chester office
A chance to start building your own book - bring in business, develop leads, and grow with the brokerage
