Data Coordinator - Excel & Reporting
Are you highly numerate, Excel savvy and confident handling large figures?
We're looking for a focused and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support a busy team, delivering funding solutions across their broad network.
In this position, you'll play a key role in maintaining important account data, producing insightful reports and supporting operational processes that drive business decisions.
Your responsibilities:
Setting up and managing customer accounts and credit information
Drafting agreements and updating internal records
Compiling regular and ad-hoc reports for management review
Handling queries and building positive relationships by phone and emailWhat you'll need to succeed:
Proven background in administration within a business or commercial setting
Strong numeracy and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
Advanced Excel proficiency including confidence with pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup, and formulas
Good communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
