✏️ Role Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to KS3–KS4 pupils
*
Support students with a range of SEMH needs, using trauma-informed and restorative approaches
*
Prepare pupils for functional skills and/or GCSE English exams
*
Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to provide a nurturing learning environment
*
Track progress and adapt planning to suit individual learning styles
✅ Requirements:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*
Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3–KS4)
*
Understanding of SEMH needs and experience working in specialist or inclusive settings is highly desirable
*
Excellent behaviour management, empathy, and resilience
*
Commitment to inclusive education and the belief that all students can achieve
